It is possible to succeed using Diet Culture weight loss strategies. We all know someone who has achieved their goals following a popular diet or workout program, budgeting calories, cutting out food groups, taking supplements, or doing whatever else is trending at the moment.

But just because something is possible, it doesn’t mean it makes your success probable.
