counting calories, we are NOT anti calorie tracking.

The problem is calorie tracking and food logging keep people
anchored to a past dieting mindset. And it makes it very difficult
to uncover the underlying struggles with your relationship with
food when these tools are masking them.

But even though we coach people how to eat without counting, there
may be a time that tracking your food is beneficial to your
goals.
